Philadelphia (February 2, 2024) – National Real Estate Advisors, LLC (“National”) in partnership with Kushner Real Estate Group (“KRE”) announced that The Noble, the 13-story, 360-unit residential tower located at 200 Spring Garden, is officially open for leasing. The new premier residential tower – which integrates Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties and Old City neighborhoods – is slated to open in early spring 2024. The project was developed as a joint venture between National’s subsidiary, National Real Estate Development, LLC (“National Development”), and KRE with Hunter Roberts Construction Group as the general contractor.
