National Real Estate Advisors and KRE Announce Topping Out of The Noble at 200 Spring Garden Street

The 13-story, 360-unit residential tower will feature an unmatched tenant amenity package and ground-floor retail featuring a flagship City Fitness

PHILADELPHIA, PA – (June 27, 2023) – National Real Estate Advisors (National) in partnership with Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE), along with Hunter Roberts and hundreds of men and women from the building trades, proudly celebrate the topping out of 200 Spring Garden, now officially known as The Noble. This remarkable development will seamlessly integrate Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties and Old City neighborhoods, setting a new standard for urban living.

The project developed as a joint venture between National’s subsidiary, National Real Estate Development, and KRE, will begin pre-leasing in December, with the first units ready in early 2024.

Designed by Handel Architects, The Noble’s architecture takes inspiration from the warehouse-style buildings of Northern Liberties. With its striking radiused corner, the modern L-shaped residential tower embodies the neighborhood’s unique character. Alongside the units, residents will have access to extensive amenities, including a 75-foot lap pool, co-working space, bike room, juice bar, an amenity lounge, party room, private landscaped deck, dog run, and over 10,000 square feet of outdoor public green space featuring a custom mural by Mural Arts of Philadelphia.
