The specialized Jefferson Honickman Center marks the final phase of the team’s 4.3-acre mixed-use East Market Development in Philadelphia. National Development partnered with Jefferson Health to construct a 462,000-square-foot Medical Office Building with a 300-car below-grade parking structure and adjacent public plaza.
