The Confluence Announces Grand Opening

GDA Architects designed The Confluence and Clark Construction is the general contractor. HFF arranged the joint venture equity along with the U.S. Bank construction loan for the development. The HFF team representing the borrower included managing director Rob Rizzi of HFF’s New York office as well as managing directors Josh Simon and Jordan Robbins from HFF’s Denver office.
