Legacy Village is comprised of a 590,749-square-foot lifestyle retail center and an adjoining 135-room Hyatt Place hotel, east of Cleveland in Lyndhurst, OH. The shopping center opened in 2003, while the hotel opened in 2016. The project anchors one of the most desirable shopping locations in the Cleveland metropolitan area. The shopping center includes a mixture of two and three-story buildings that are designed to incorporate a “main street theme” to give the effect of a “village” setting.
