Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC (“Landmark”) developed a new medical office building (“MOB”) for Deborah Heart and Lung Center. The MOB is on Deborah’s hospital campus in Browns Mills, NJ. Construction commenced in January of 2017 and was completed in June of 2018. The MOB includes 57,962 square feet and is 49% occupied, with 43% leased to Deborah for various outpatient services.
