CCA Campus

California College of the Arts Campus (“CCA”) consists of a four-acre parcel that currently houses CCA’s Oakland campus and contains several educational and administrative buildings. The parcel, under an option agreement, is located at the northwest corner of Broadway and Clifton Street in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland, CA. Rockridge features a walkable neighborhood filled with historic homes, restaurants, and stores.
