Catalyst Healthcare is a master joint venture between National and Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate to assemble, through acquisition and development, a portfolio of medical office buildings and healthcare facilities on a national basis. The joint venture currently owns 40 operating healthcare real estate assets totaling over 1.2 million square feet, in addition to several active development projects.
