100 Sudbury, rebranded as “The Sudbury,” is Bulfinch Crossing’s first phase of new construction in its master-planned redevelopment site, which is separately owned by NEBF. Located in downtown Boston, the project is comprised of a 46-story, luxury, residential tower with 55 for-sale condominium units on the top 11 floors, 368 for-rent apartment units on the remaining lower floors, and shared amenities. Planned amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, golf simulator, outdoor pool, sky terrace with fire pits, chef’s kitchen, private dining space, clubrooms, lounges, and a rooftop deck.
