One Congress is Bulfinch Crossing’s second phase of new construction in its master-planned redevelopment site, which is separately owned by NEBF. The project is a 44-story office tower that will serve as the signature phase of Bulfinch Crossing. The iconic Class-A office building is projected to have one million square feet of office space, market-leading amenities, LEED Gold® certification and unprecedented views. Pelli Clarke Pelli, an internationally renowned architectural firm, in partnership with CBT Architects, has designed the Project as an elliptical-shaped tower that will be unique in Boston’s skyline.
