Bulfinch Crossing Master Holdings (“BCMH”) is a master redevelopment site currently comprised of an 11-story, mixed-use building in downtown Boston, MA with 1,800-structured garage parking spaces on floors two through nine, and 234,771 square feet of Class-B office and retail space. The office space was completely vacated in July 2019 in order to continue garage enabling work. BCMH is located at the heart of the Government Center neighborhood and adjacent to the North End neighborhood.
