2620 Maple is a joint-venture partnership with San Antonio based developer, Kairoi Residential, to construct a 12-story, 146-unit apartment building located in Dallas, Texas. The 1.06 acre site is positioned in the heart of Dallas’ premier urban neighborhood, Uptown. The Project will feature nine residential stories over three levels of parking consisting of 229 parking spaces.
