1000 Spring

1000 Spring is a joint venture partnership with Atlanta-based developer Portman Residential to construct a 29-story multifamily building located in Midtown Atlanta. 1000 Spring will include 370 units and 11,000 square feet of retail space, as well as boutique amenities, such as a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and a clubroom. The 1.1-acre site is part of Portman’s larger 4.1-acre multi-phase mixed-use development. Additional components of the larger plan include a class-A office tower and hotel.
