Mr. Kindberg oversees a highly complex and diverse portfolio of real estate equity and debt investments with a goal to enhance value and return on investment for National’s open-end, core-plus fund.
Working out of Scottsdale, AZ, Todd currently oversees multiple commercial and mixed-use projects with a gross asset value of $2 billion. Todd has more than 25 years of real estate experience in development and asset management of high-quality, modern assets in urban markets across the Western U.S. Todd uses a detailed and systematic approach to asset management throughout the entire investment period from acquisition to disposition. He has been the key point of contact to provide strategic and financial oversight to all aspects of investments and joint venture relationships.
Prior to joining National, Todd worked as Senior Vice President at Mesirow Financial’s Real Estate group, where he managed high-rise, mixed use developments. While serving as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP’s Real Estate Valuation Group, he gained valuation experience across all commercial property types on a national and international level. He has previously served on the Executive Board of Directors, as Vice Chairman, for the City of Phoenix Downtown Phoenix Partnership and has previously served two terms as Treasurer. He has also been a Board Member of the Arizona State University Business Advisory Council.
Mr. Kindberg earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
