Mr. Hofheimer leads the portfolio and asset management team at National and is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of real estate equity and debt investments, focusing on preserving and enhancing the value and return of the investments. Additionally, TJ is the Portfolio Manager of the National Data Center Fund, with responsibility for the asset management, operations and strategic direction of the Fund.
TJ has over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, working with a variety of product types, and with direct experience in acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting and asset management. Prior to joining National in 2013, TJ served as Portfolio Manager of two opportunistic real estate investment funds for a Washington, D.C. based real estate investment manager. He also worked as an Investment Officer in the Real Estate Private Equity Group at Fidelity Investments, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, closing, and the dispositions of value-add real estate assets throughout the United States.
Mr. Hofheimer earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.
