Working as a part of the Property Accounting team, Mr. Ahoua serves as a relationship manager and liaison with third parties performing property level accounting duties, largely supporting asset management and other operational teams while producing accurate and timely financial and asset data for National’s properties under management.
Prior to joining National, Terrance was a Senior Accountant for Citrin Cooperman, responsible for onboarding new clients, converting customers to new accounting systems, and advising and assisting with technical accounting decisions. Other prior accounting roles include working as a Senior Accountant with the CPA Department in Herndon, VA; and serving in the US Army in the role of Financial Management Technician and Comptroller, where he was responsible for budgeting, disbursing, and accounting for government funds and assets.
Mr. Ahoua earned a Bachelor of Arts, Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College in the City University of New York, NY.
