Working as part of the Human Resources team, Ms. Sidhu maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law to effectively deliver services in a well-organized comprehensive, compliant, and employee-centric experience. As assigned, supports the resolution of human resources and talent management business challenges.
Ms. Sidhu comes to National from AMI Expeditionary Healthcare in Reston, VA, where she served as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, she was responsible for maintaining multiple projects related to COVID-19 response, providing HR guidance to management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Ms. Sidhu earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, concentration in Human Resources from Shippensburg University, in Pennsylvania, and holds a SHRM-CP certification.
