Mr. McCreesh works closely with senior transaction and asset management professionals and contributes substantial efforts to the team that sources, underwrites, evaluates, structures, negotiates, closes and manages equity and debt investments in large institutional quality infrastructure and commercial real estate investments.
Prior to joining National in 2025, Mr. McCreesh was an Investment Banking Associate at RBC Capital Markets in New York, New York, where he was involved in all aspects of transactions including initial due diligence, preparation of pitchbook and marketing materials and providing communications to their clients. Prior to that, he worked as an Equity Research Associate at RBC Capital Markets where he was responsible for coverage of equites in the Communications Infrastructure sector.
Mr. McCreesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Temple University – Fox School of Business and Management.
