Ms. Stryuk primarily supports the portfolio and asset management team, conducting detailed commercial real estate market and competitive position research, performing financial and statistical analyses, and drafting summary reports in support of business operations.
Prior to joining National, Nadya was an Architectural Designer at Robert A.M. Stern Architects in New York City, working on several high-rise office, hotel and multi-family projects located in the United States and China. Her responsibilities included researching market and zoning code details, creating spreadsheets to track building specifications, developing design ideas, and drafting architectural drawings.
Ms. Stryuk earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Yale University.
