Working as a member of the Research and Analysis team, Ms. Zuchowski primarily supports the investment, and portfolio and asset management teams, conducting detailed commercial real estate market and competitive position research, performing financial and statistical analyses, and writing reports in support of business operations.
Prior to joining National, Ms. Zuchowski was an Assistant Property Manager, Asset Services at Transwestern in Arlington, VA, where she managed the operations of Class A mixed-use buildings and provided portfolio-level support. Prior to that she worked as an Assistant Account Executive at Ketchum, a global communications consultancy, and held earlier roles there as Account Coordinator and Summer Fellow.
Ms. Zuchowski earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California Santa Barbara and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
