Working as a part of the Investor Relations team, Ms. Yellott supports the firm’s current and future capital-raising needs. Ms. Yellott is responsible for responding to inquiries regarding fund offerings and underlying investment performance, managing investor-facing content, and assisting with developing and maintaining relationships with National’s current and prospective investors.
Ms. Yellott comes to National from Iron Point Partners, LLC, where she served as Vice President of Investor Relations & Sustainability in Washington, DC. In that position, Ms. Yellott conducted fundraising for an opportunistic real estate fund and assisted with developing a $400mm Separately Managed Account for sustainable Self Storage assets.
Prior to joining Iron Point Partners, LLC, Ms. Yellott was an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions at Leggat McCall Properties, a private developer based in Boston. In this role, Ms. Yellott was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and raising debt and equity financing for multifamily, life science, mixed-use, office, and affordable housing developments. Before that, Ms. Yellott conducted business development for Enel Group, a renewable energy company. She began her career as an Analyst with Wells Fargo Securities in the Healthcare and Industrial Investment Banking groups.
Ms. Yellott earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
