Ms. Asher guides the strategy for funds and project-level marketing and communication efforts, ensuring consistency in theme and relevance of content, aligning a diverse portfolio of work against critical business objectives to support brand, communities, investors, investments, and partners nationally.

Ms. Asher moved into this role after being in the Marketing and Communications Manager role where she contributed substantial efforts to developing and delivering comprehensive marketing communication services that directly enhanced the positive reputation, products, services, and growth of National and National Development, its stakeholders, and funds.

Before joining National, Jill worked at Cashman Associates in Philadelphia, where in her role of Director of Integrated Marketing she provided integrated digital marketing, branding and public relations services for the commercial real estate, hospitality, tourism, and technology industries. Her project assignments included National’s East Market development in Philadelphia, where she worked closely with National’s team to develop and implement year-round strategies, programming, and communications to promote the East Market project. During her eight years at Cashman Jill also held roles as a Senior Marketing Manager and an Account Executive. In addition, Jill was previously a Marketing Manager at Metro corp., Philadelphia Magazine and Director of Marketing for National Association for Catering and Event Planners (NACE).

Ms. Asher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business at the University of Scranton.
