As a member of National’s Management Committee, Ms. Ayivorh reports directly to the President and CEO and works closely with the Chief Investment Officer in support of serving client expectations and long-term company profitability by defining and managing client portfolios, investments, and effective and sustainable company operations.

Jeanne and her team manage both real estate equity and debt investments, and she is primarily responsible for overseeing National’s investments from construction, lease-up and stabilization, to long-term asset management and disposition. Jeanne is also directly responsible for developing and implementing National’s portfolio and asset management strategies, as well as leading and overseeing National’s reporting and analytics, investment valuations, property accounting, risk management, Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) initiatives, client services, and corporate communication functions.

Jeanne has worked with National’s senior management team since 2000 and has represented the interests of institutional investors and pension funds for over 30 years. From her previous work at The Travelers Realty Investment Company and an American affiliate of the UK’s Electricity Supply Pension Scheme, Jeanne brings direct experience in leasing, development, and property management to National. This practical skill set, combined with her real estate finance background, is a tremendous asset to the organization.

Ms. Ayivorh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin, where she attended James A. Graaskamp’s real estate program. She earned a Master of Business Administration at Averett University.
