Working as a member of the Performance & Valuation team, Mr. Kumahor provides commercial real estate portfolio management, valuation projects, and reports utilizing the Company’s portfolio management software system, assisting in auditing fund and investment data. He also coordinates and synthesizes data and analytics across the portfolio, working with the team to streamline the procedures.
Prior to joining National, Mr. Kumahor was an Assistant Property Manager for Rappaport Management Company, developing monthly operating reports for ownership, consisting of variance analysis, income statements, leasing reports, etc.
Mr. Kumahor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business with a Strategy and Business Analytics Concentration.
