Ms. Robinson-Pratt performs accounting functions in support of the real estate portfolio of assets to initiate and facilitate accurate and timely recordkeeping and auditing of all property accounting-related transactions.
Since joining National in 2005, initially in the Corporate Accounting Department, Ms. Robinson- Pratt has been responsible for calculating and monitoring preferred returns, mortgage statements, property income reports, bank reconciliations, daily cash reconciliations, equity investment operating statements, detail reviews and funding requests for project draws, and quarterly reporting to NCREIF (National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries). Transitioning to the Property Operations Department, she also works directly with asset management, helping to maintain operations of individual properties by providing detailed reviews of various property’s monthly financial reporting, working capital computations, reviewing quarterly appraisals, working with auditors reviewing and assisting with property audits and tax returns, as well as other duties.
Ms. Robinson-Pratt has over 25 years of accounting experience in many different industries, including over 15 years specializing in real estate management and development for various commercial, residential and retail real estate firms in the Washington, D.C. area.
Ms. Robinson-Pratt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia State University and a Master of Science in Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland, University College.
