Working as a part of the Property Accounting team, Mr. Afful serves as a relationship manager and liaison with third parties performing property level accounting duties, largely supporting asset management and other operational teams while producing accurate and timely financial and asset data for National’s properties under management.
Prior to joining National, Mr. Afful was a Property Accountant II for Bozzuto in Greenbelt, Maryland, responsible for achieving 97% on time completion rate in delivering financial reports to clients by coordinating with Regional & Property managers in completing pre-close and close activities and providing timely feedback to inquiries and developed procedures & implemented process integration for Mix-use/Multifamily portfolio which improved efficiency and decision making.
Mr. Afful earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and his Master of Science in Accounting from University of Maryland Global Campus.
