Daniel Killinger

Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, President, National Real Estate Development

Mr. Killinger serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of National Real Estate Advisors and President of National Real Estate Development. In these roles, he provides enterprise-wide operational leadership, strengthening coordination across the firm and driving disciplined execution in support of National’s long-term investment strategy. As a member of National’s Management Team, he oversees organizational operations and cross-functional alignment to ensure the firm is positioned to scale thoughtfully while delivering results for investors and partners.

As President of National Real Estate Development, Mr. Killinger leads the firm’s development platform and directs a team of seasoned development and construction professionals. He plays a central role in advancing new development opportunities that align with National’s investment objectives and reinforce the firm’s reputation for delivering high-quality, market-leading projects.

His experience managing complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and navigating design, construction, and community partnerships provides a strong operational foundation for overseeing firmwide performance. Prior to joining National Development, he held senior positions with Edison Properties in Newark and Goldman Properties in New York, overseeing complex development and repositioning projects. He began his career in architecture, which continues to inform his design-centric approach to development and placemaking.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
