Working as part of the Portfolio & Asset Management, Mr. Pierce assists in the managing, monitoring, reporting, and analysis of National’s real estate portfolio and assets under management, including managing the performance of assets and proactively monitors operations.
Prior to joining National in 2020, Mr. Pierce was an Acquisitions Analyst Intern with South Coast Commercial, supporting the analysis and transaction management of both individual retail assets and portfolio acquisitions, as well as a Real Estate Law Intern with Hankin & Pack, PLLC. He has held several positions in the real estate and communications space while pursuing his studies. In addition, Mr. Pierce held the position of Account Executive with Adams Outdoor Advertising and was a News Producer, Reporter with WITN-TV, researching and writing on topics ranging from historic flooding and violent crime to community and business news.
Mr. Pierce earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from East Carolina University and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
