Mr. Jordan serves as Chief Financial Officer and a member of National’s Management Team, overseeing the firm’s finance, accounting, and capital management functions. He leads National’s efforts in financial strategy, capital relationships, cash flow management, forecasting, and delivering timely, accurate financial reporting in support of investor and organizational objectives.
Prior to joining National in 2023, Mr. Jordan was a Managing Director for Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking, where he set strategy for the recruitment, development, and engagement of Analysts and Associates across the global Commercial Real Estate platform.
Earlier in his career, he served as a Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate in New York and Washington, D.C., originating loans for real estate projects nationwide. During this time, he also served as a key capital partner to National on major investments such as Journal Squared, East Market, The Bloc, and Bulfinch Crossing.
Before focusing on commercial real estate, Mr. Jordan served as a Princeton Project 55 Fellow at the Ariel Education Initiative, a non-profit subsidiary of Ariel Investments.
He earned an AB degree from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and garnered Academic All-Ivy honors as a student-athlete. Bill holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Mr. Jordan serves on the Board of Directors of Princeton AlumniCorps and on the Advisory Council for the DC Jazz Festival.
