As a part of the Research and Analysis team, Mr. Lucia provides analytical support for acquisition, financing, restructuring, hold/sell scenarios, and dispositions.
Prior to joining National in 2023, Mr. Lucia served as an intern for UDR Inc. in Washington, D.C. In this role, he was responsible for analysis and project management duties for multiple multifamily development projects along the east coast.
Mr. Lucia earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Virginia Tech.
