P&I 2020 Survey Again Ranks National as one of the “Best Places to Work” in Money Management
WASHINGTON, DC – Dec 21, 2020 – For the sixth time in seven years, National Real Estate Advisors, LLC (National) has been named one of the “Best Places to Work in Money Management” by Pensions & Investments, the global news source of money management. National placed among the top alternatives managers in the 2020 survey, which ranks companies based on the results of employer and employee surveys. The ninth-annual survey and recognition program is dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers in the money management industry.
Jeffrey Kanne, National’s President and CEO said: “We are excited about P&I’s recognition, especially considering the challenges 2020 has brought many organizations. Many employees of the firm provided written feedback about National. One individual mentioned that “during COVID-19, leadership really shined by providing flexibility to employees, zero layoffs, and direct and consistent communication.” Another individual stated that National “is a phenomenal place for a junior employee to learn and be exposed to the business.”
National was recognized for some of the company’s benefits. Pensions & Investments partnered with Best Companies Group, a research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to conduct a two-part survey process of employers and their employees.
The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies.
