National Real Estate Advisors Hires Kimberly Versace as Chief Compliance Officer
Washington, DC (May 2023) – National Real Estate Advisors (“National”) announces the appointment of Kimberly Versace, J.D., as its new Chief Compliance Officer. Effective immediately, Kimberly will report directly to National’s General Counsel, James R. Difede, Esq., of Difede Ramsdell Bender PLLC, as well as to National’s Board of Directors. Kimberly will be based in the Washington, D.C. office.

Kimberly joins National from Thompson Hine LLP law firm, where she served as Counsel and advised registered investment advisers, private fund managers, and registered funds on a range of securities regulatory matters. Prior to that, Kimberly served as Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel for an emerging markets private fund manager, where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s compliance program.
