National Real Estate Advisors Hires Katie Dexter as Senior Director, Human Resources and Administration

WASHINGTON, D.C. –  National Real Estate Advisors, LLC. (“National”) has appointed Katie Dexter to the position of Senior Director, Human Resources and Administration in Washington, D.C.

In her new role, Katie will oversee the firm’s human resources and administrative functions, ensuring National’s human capital aligns with its core business objectives to foster a high-performing culture and improve organizational effectiveness.

Before joining National, Katie served as Senior Vice President of People at Ancora, LLC, and as Senior Human Resources Director at Northpond Ventures, where she led workforce planning initiatives and implemented technology solutions to enhance HR operations. She also spent more than 17 years at Leidos, Inc., holding various senior HR leadership roles, where she supported large-scale operations and guided strategic initiatives through acquisitions and organizational change.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Radford University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
