National Real Estate Advisors Hires Bill Jordan as Managing Director, Finance

Washington, DC (October 26, 2023) National Real Estate Advisors (“National”) proudly announces the appointment of William “Bill” Jordan as the Managing Director of Finance in Washington, DC.

In his new role, Bill is responsible for oversight of National’s client-managed finance and accounting operations, specifically leading National’s efforts in capital relationships, cash flow management and forecasting, and timely and accurate financial reporting.

Prior to joining National, Bill was the Managing Director, Lead Development Officer for Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate, where he was responsible for setting the strategy and leading the team that recruits, trains, develops, engages, and compensates Analysts and Associates worldwide. Prior to that, he was a Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate in New York, NY, and Washington, DC. While ascending from Summer Intern to Managing Director, he financed several billion dollars of real estate projects in urban locations across the country with a focus on transit-oriented, mixed-use development, and hospitality finance.

While at Wells Fargo, Bill served as the Relationship Manager for National, providing capital for some of its major investments including Journal Squared in Jersey City, NJ, East Market in Philadelphia, PA, THE BLOC in Los Angeles, CA, and Bulfinch Crossing in Boston, MA. Prior to concentrating on commercial real estate, Bill served as a Princeton Project 55 Fellow at a non-profit on the South Side of Chicago.

Bill earned an AB Degree from Princeton University’s School of Public Policy and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Bill serves on the Board of Directors of Princeton AlumniCorps and is on the Advisory Council for the DC Jazz Festival.
