Catalyst and National Expand their Geographic Footprint Into South Dakota
PENSACOLA, FL – Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (Catalyst), a full-service healthcare real estate investment firm, and National Real Estate Advisors, LLC (National), an investment manager developing and managing large-scale real estate projects on behalf of its clients, are excited to announce the acquisition of Tower Medical Plaza, a 29,000 square foot medical office building in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.
Dakota Dunes is a 2,000-acre master-planned community home to over 110 businesses. Located five minutes from Downtown Sioux City, Iowa, Tower Medical Plaza is strategically located to meet the growing demand of healthcare services.
“This acquisition is Catalyst’s first in South Dakota, expanding our geographic presence in over 20 states,” said Augie Sherman, Vice President of Acquisitions at Catalyst. “As we continue to diversify our portfolio, Tower Medical Plaza is an investment with long-term growth opportunities through tenants that provide sustainable service lines for their patients.”
The building is 100% leased by multiple long-term tenants and connects to Dunes Surgical Hospital. The current services offered include ENT, pain management, physical therapy, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, lab space, and a pharmacy. These services complement those offered at the hospital, creating a strong foundation for collaboration.
Catalyst and National are excited to continue expanding their geographic footprint and look forward to future opportunities.
