Mr. Killinger is responsible for leading a team of experienced development and construction professionals for National Real Estate Development, the wholly owned development management subsidiary of National Real Estate Advisors, LLC. Mr. Killinger also serves as a member of National’s Management Committee.
As President of National Development, Mr. Killinger is responsible for the overall execution of a $1 billion project portfolio, comprising of two million square feet of mixed-use development in Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles. Mr. Killinger is also charged with identifying new business opportunities where National Development can promote National’s mission of responsible development. Prior to his current role, Mr. Killinger oversaw National Development’s East Market project in Philadelphia, PA, as Director, Development.
Mr. Killinger has diverse experience as a real estate professional investing in and developing urban, mixed-use residential and office projects. Prior to joining National Development in 2013, he was the Executive Vice President for Real Estate Planning and Development with Edison Properties in Newark, NJ. Mr. Killinger was also a Managing Director for Goldman Properties in New York, NY, where he oversaw several development projects in New York City including 25 Bond Street and the repositioning of 110 Greene Street. He began his career as an architect with Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC in New York, NY.
Mr. Killinger received a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
