As Chief Technology Officer and a member of National’s Management Team, Ms. Ayivorh is responsible for guiding the company’s enterprise technology strategy and driving digital transformation. She oversees the AI Working Group, and leads cross-functional efforts to advance responsible AI adoption, strengthen cybersecurity, modernize systems, and enhance data governance. In her role, she manages the implementation of advanced platforms that support collaboration, operational efficiency, and technology-driven innovation across all departments at National.
Previously serving as Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Ayivorh brings a strong operational foundation to her technology leadership role, with deep experience aligning people, processes, and systems to drive firmwide performance. Her work continues to focus on enhancing efficiency, strengthening collaboration, and enabling technology-driven innovation across the organization.
Ms. Ayivorh has been part of National’s senior leadership for more than two decades, bringing deep experience from earlier roles in leasing, development, asset management, and real estate finance. Her practical industry background, combined with a strong foundation in change management and organizational effectiveness, shapes her forward-looking approach to technology leadership.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin’s renowned James A. Graaskamp real estate program and a Master of Business Administration from Averett University. She also holds a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and completed The Emerging COO: Driving Innovation and Operational Excellence program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
