Working as part of the investment and asset management teams, Mr. Pope provides detailed commercial real estate market and competitive position research, performing financial and statistical analyses, and drafting summary reports in support of business operations.
Prior to joining National in 2019, Trent was an Associate for Somera Capital Management in Washington, D.C., responsible for assisting with new acquisition due diligence, asset management, and market research. Previously, Trent served as a Sustainable Design Specialist for Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum in Washington, D.C., where he assisted project teams with sustainability strategies for development projects across the US and as a Mechanical Engineer I with Pond & Company in Virginia Beach, VA.
Mr. Pope earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
