Ms. Hillenbrand supports National’s human capital initiatives, specifically with the total reward strategy, employee engagement, data and risk management, employee and labor relations, and workforce planning and employment. In addition, she supports firm initiatives related to administration, special projects, and coordination of corporate events.
Prior to joining National in 2015, Sarah worked for CTPartners Executive Search as an Administrative Associate in the Global Professional Services Practice supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for senior executive and board-level positions. Prior to this, Sarah held positions at the University of Mary Washington in the Office of Academic & Career Services and in the Human Resources Department.
Ms. Hillenbrand holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University.
