Mr. Stalcup contributes to the team that sources, underwrites, evaluates, structures, negotiates, and closes equity and debt investments in large institutional quality real estate properties across the US. He also leads the day-to-day asset management of various individual investments in National’s portfolio. He helps create acquisition, financing, and restructuring and disposition strategies based on market trends.
Prior to joining National in 2015, Samuel spent four years at Gensler as an Architectural Designer. He was responsible for the design and construction coordination of over 800,000 square feet of commercial office space in the Washington, D.C. area. He was also the recipient of the Michaux Family Premier MBA Fellowship at Kenan-Flagler Business School and served as a Fund Manager for the KFBSF Real Estate Funds, which had $8.1 million in committed capital across three fund vehicles.
Mr. Stalcup graduated with honors from the University of Virginia and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill.
