Working as part of the Development team, Mr. Robinson acts as the main point of contact with the consultant teams for a specific real estate development project, or components of projects supporting the communication of priorities and monitoring relative to the planning, organization, execution and management of the development team’s goals, objectives and progress. He works closely with senior and junior development and construction professionals to serve clients by expediting and delivering the project according to specifications.

Nick began his career with National in 2013 working at its parent company as a Real Estate Analyst providing due diligence, market research and financial underwriting for prospective equity, mezzanine debt and construction financing investments. On operational properties, Nick assisted the Portfolio and Asset Management Group in the analysis of refinancing, leasing and disposition opportunities before transferring to National in 2015.

Prior to joining National, Nick worked as a Project Accountant, Federal Services for the engineering, design, and construction government contractor, United Research Services, currently owned by AECOM. He was also a consultant with the Global Trade HelpDesk, conducting analysis of economic, social, and cultural environments, and held internships with the Office of the Secretary of Defense: Acquisitions, Technology and Logistics, and for Marketing Torque, LLC reviewing programs and conducting financial analysis.

Mr. Robinson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the College of Charleston.
