Mr. French works closely with senior professionals to manage and resolve day-to-day project issues and ensure completion of select development projects in National Development’s portfolio.

Marshall recently worked as the development liaison on the renovation and repositioning of the historic Stephen Girard Building at the East Market development in Philadelphia, PA into a 236 key franchised hotel under the Canopy by Hilton flag. With a strong understanding of scheduling, design, and construction processes, he provides support throughout the design and construction phases of development.

During his tenure with National Development, Marshall has also made contributions to the East Market project as a Construction Manager, overseeing the day-to-day construction activities on the project. Prior to joining National Development, Marshall worked with Clark Construction Group, LLC, focusing on federal construction projects in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, including Constitution Square, the new headquarters for the National Geospatial Agency in Springfield, VA and a mission critical government facility in Ft. Meade, MD. As a project manager for Clark, Marshall served as the principal company representative responsible for project administration, finances, owner relationships, and staff assignment/training on select projects.

Mr. French holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Engineering from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He also earned the LEED Accredited Professional BD+C with the US Green Building Council.
