Mr. Black provides desktop support to users experiencing basic hardware and software issues, as well as educating and training users on effective operations of user hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

Prior to joining National, Ethan worked as an IT Specialist at Eastern State Hospital in Virginia. Previously, he was a Computer Service Center Technician for Richmond Public Schools in VA, and a Systems Engineer at Cerner. His earlier experience includes two years as a musician and band manager. While studying for his undergraduate degree, Ethan worked as Help Desk and Call Center support staff at the university’s computer and IT center.

Mr. Black earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Clemson University.
