Working as a part of the Construction team, Mr. Kramer manages all stages of the daily construction related activities for specific development projects, from inception to completion, focusing on critical path project planning, organizing, budgeting, and scheduling.

Prior to joining National, Daniel was a Project Engineer, SPD Project Manager, and Engineer for Turner Construction Company developing noteworthy projects to include Penn State University’s $85MM Henning Building Replacement, Virtua Health’s $21MM interior renovations and tenant fit-outs, and West Virginia University’s $100MM Housing Towers.

Mr. Kramer earned both his Bachelor of Science and Masters degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Concentration from Drexel University, is a LEED Green Associate, is OSHA 30-Hour Certified, and is also Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certified.
