As a part of the Portfolio and Asset Management team, Ms. Eshelman serves as a liaison between staff and third parties, primarily supporting the asset management function, with a focus on monitoring and streamlining property management operations and ESG initiatives in support of improving fund performance.

Before joining National in 2020, Caroline worked as a Property Manager for the John Akridge Company in Washington, DC. In this role, Caroline was responsible for tenant management, increasing energy efficiency and planning, prioritizing, resourcing, and executing an operating budget of over $1.81 million. Caroline also held property management roles at Lincoln Property Company in Washington, DC, assisting with the oversight of $1MM tenant construction and operations of 450,000 square feet of Class A office property, 28 separate GSA, office, and retail tenants, with a market value of over $200,000,000. Previously, she was a Project Manager for Elysian Energy LLC in Maryland.

Ms. Eshelman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Relations from Bucknell University. She is currently pursuing graduate studies at Georgetown University in Real Estate and Infrastructure.
