Washington, DC ─ April 2023 ─ National Real Estate Advisors (“National”) welcomes Margaret M. Yellott as the new Director of Investor Relations in Washington, DC.
As a part of National’s Investor Relations team, Margaret will support the firm’s capital raising efforts. Margaret will be responsible for responding to inquiries regarding fund offerings and underlying investment performance, creating investor-facing content, and assisting with developing and maintaining relationships with National’s current and prospective investors.

Margaret comes to National from Iron Point Partners, LLC, where she served as Vice President of Investor Relations & Sustainability in Washington, DC. In that position, Margaret assisted with the launch of a multi-strategy real estate fund and supported sustainability initiatives for the portfolio.
Prior to joining Iron Point Partners, LLC, Margaret was an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions at Leggat McCall Properties, a private developer based in Boston. In this role, Margaret was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and raising debt and equity financing for multifamily, life science, mixed-use, office, and affordable housing developments. Before that, Margaret conducted business development for Enel Group, a renewable energy company. She began her career as an Analyst with Wells Fargo Securities in the Healthcare and Industrial Investment Banking groups.
Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
