National Real Estate Advisors and White Oak Realty Partners Celebrate Topping Off of Artisan

Washington, D.C. (July 23, 2022) – National Real Estate Advisors, LLC (National), an investment manager specializing in build-to-core, developing and managing large-scale urban commercial and multifamily projects on behalf of its clients, with a development partnership between White Oak Realty Partners and Midwest Development Partners, along with Power Construction and hundreds of women and men from the building trades, celebrate the topping off of Artisan, the ceremonial marking of completing vertical construction.

This 23-story multifamily apartment building in the burgeoning University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, will feature lifestyle-focused, amenity-rich, boutique apartment living.

The 298-unit luxury apartment tower, designed by Chicago-based FitzGerald, will offer a variety of floor plans in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom formats. The building will also offer a generous rooftop amenity level that includes a lounge, party room, library, conference center, fitness suite with yoga room, and an outdoor deck with pool, hot tub, cabanas, and grill area.

Designed to fit in the context of Cleveland’s popular University Circle neighborhood near Cleveland Clinic, this tower will become a key component in the Circle Square master plan, which includes retail, office, parking, and residential uses. The shape of the building was configured to emphasize a sense of place within a new masterplan district, while engaging with and responding to the context of the larger community. The face of the building is angled to align with view corridors connecting to Downtown Cleveland, Lake Eerie, and a rich campus of civic and cultural destinations within the University Circle neighborhood.
