National Real Estate Advisors and White Oak Realty Partners Begin Construction on Luxury Apartments in Cleveland, Ohio

The 298-unit high-rise is slated to deliver in 2022

(July 29, 2021) –National Real Estate Advisors, LLC (National), an investment manager specializing in build-to-core, developing and managing large-scale urban commercial and multifamily projects on behalf of its clients, along with acquisition and development firm White Oak Realty Partners, announced today it has begun construction on a 23-story multifamily apartment building in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. Artisan Circle Square is being developed in partnership with Midwest Development Partners and will feature lifestyle-focused, amenity-rich, boutique apartment living.
