Carl Boswell Named Director, Investor Relations of National Real Estate Advisors

Washington, DC ─ January 17, 2023 ─ National Real Estate Advisors, LLC (National) has appointed Carl Boswell as Director, Investor Relations. In his new role, Mr. Boswell will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with National’s current and prospective investors. He will channel his knowledge and expertise to direct capital fundraising and client relations for National’s existing and future fund formations.

Since joining the firm in 2019 as a Client Services Associate, Investor Relations, Mr. Boswell’s dedication has made him an integral part of National’s client relations team, where he has been instrumental in the substantial growth of the firm’s investment in Sabey Data Center Properties LLC.

The announcement was made today by Jeffrey Kanne, President and CEO of National. The company specializes in a “Build-to-Core” investment strategy.

Kanne said: “We are pleased to promote Carl to a Director role at National. His results-oriented approach has been consistently demonstrated by his can-do attitude, work accomplishments, and his focus on our mission—exceed our client expectations. Prior to joining National, Carl was a Reference Data Analyst for Wellington Management Company in Boston, MA, responsible for maintaining and validating new issue market data, working alongside security valuation and compliance teams, validating key components of risk. He began his career with Bloomberg LP as a Global Data Analyst fielding client inquiries, later transitioning to a Hedge Fund & Mutual Fund Analyst position, working to further client relationships and promote data procurement goals through client visits and interactive web demonstrations.

Mr. Boswell earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy and a Master’s in International Affairs from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
