As Chief Operating Officer and member of National’s Management Committee, Ms. Ayivorh provides strategic leadership in spearheading execution of company initiatives, driving operational excellence and collaboration across multiple departments.  

In supporting National’s core mission to create lasting value through visionary commercial real estate projects and producing solid, long-term returns for our clients, her primary focus lies in building highly collaborative teams and enhancing effective operations through continuous process improvement and innovation. 

Ms. Ayivorh plays a critical role in overseeing teams managing client portfolios and investments, investor and client relations, finance, portfolio analytics, valuations, and technology integration. She is also responsible for teams involved in various aspects of daily operations, including human resources, administration, and accounting.  

Ms. Ayivorh has worked with National’s senior management team since 2000 and has represented the interests of institutional investors and pension funds for over 40 years. From early in her career working at The Travelers Realty Investment Company and an American affiliate of the UK’s Electricity Supply Pension Scheme, Ms. Ayivorh brings direct experience in leasing, development, and asset and property management to National. This practical skill set, combined with her real estate finance background and her lifelong love of learning and application of change management, are tremendous assets to the organization. 

Ms. Ayivorh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin, where she attended James A. Graaskamp’s esteemed real estate program. She furthered her education by earning a Master of Business Administration from Averett University. She also holds a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and completed The Emerging COO: Driving Innovation and Operational Excellence program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
